ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in maintaining a high standard of service delivery and efficient management, operation and administration of the building.
- Assist in liaising between the various parties e.g. occupants, suppliers, service providers, local authorities, etc.
- Coordinate and monitor the day-to-day maintenance or renovation duties/activities with the maintenance team and contractors/subcontractors/suppliers/agents, etc.
- Inspect the unit, common facilities and buildings to determine whether repairs or maintenance are needed.
- Attend to complaints on operational matters by the tenant tactfully and professionally and take appropriate rectification actions according to procedures herein.
- Ensure that all contract service works are carried out in accordance with the work specifications in the contract.
- Ensure that the building operation system is fully implemented and complied.
- • Assist to draft and implement emergency evacuation procedure in the building.
- Report to the Property Manager and/or immediate superior on operations of the building and highlighting problems or defects that need attention.
- Responsible and accountable to keep updated stock inventory of maintenance tools, electrical items, parts and consumables.
REQUIREMENT & SKILLS
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experiences in Property Management or related field.
- Must have at least Malaysia Skills Certificate (SKM) or Diploma in Property Management or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of STRATA Act 757 and property management law and regulatory requirements.
- Pro-active, good in inter-personal and communication skills, able to work under pressure and work beyond office hours.
- Self-motivated, responsible, quick-witted and a good team player.
