Corporate Gift Policy

KPRJ does not solicit gifts, entertainment, or favors of any value from persons or firms which KPRJ actually or potentially does business. Any person purported to do anything or actions against this policy shall be deemed to be acting contrary to the company’s policy and without the company’s consent and authority and shall be assumed full personal responsibility.

However, there are certain exceptions to the general rule whereby the receiving and provision of gifts are permitted as customary business courtesies and the value per item shall not be more than the threshold as set out in the KPRJ Code of Ethics i.e. RM500.00.
