The State Government, through the Johor Housing Development Corporation (PKPJ) together with the Johor People’s Infrastructure Group Sdn. Bhd. (KPRJ), is always striving to assist the less fortunate people of Johor who qualify to own their own residential homes through the implementation of the Johor Loving Homes Project (RKJ).
As a Government-Related Company, KPRJ will ensure the project’s implementation follows the established schedule with satisfactory quality and adheres to the specifications set by the State Government.
Site visits to the RKJ Development have been conducted to monitor and observe the progress of work on site. A total of 3 site visit locations were visited, namely 2 in Mukim Peserai and 1 in Parit Raja, Batu Pahat district. The visit was led by the Honorable Dato’ Haji Mohd Jafni Bin Md Shukor, Chairman of the Local Government Housing Committee of the Johor State Government, together with the Honorable Datin Paduka Dr. Hajah Suhailizan binti Suliman, Chief Executive Officer of the Johor Housing Development Corporation (PKPJ), representatives from the Batu Pahat District Office, representatives from KPRJ as the main contractor, representatives from the State Assembly, Mukim Head, and Village Chief of the respective areas.
