KPRJ Development Sdn Bhd (“KDSB”) is a subsidiary of Kumpulan Prasarana Rakyat Johor Sdn Bhd “KPRJ” established on 18 July 2012 with its original name registered as Budimas Jaya Sdn Bhd.
On 12 November 2012 the company name was changed to Julung Properties Sdn Bhd before being rebranded and known as KPRJ Development Sdn Bhd on 9 November 2014.
KPRJ Development Sdn Bhd is registered as a Property Developer with the Malaysian Property and Housing Developers Association (REHDA).
